Most orders ship within 48 hours of of payment.
Weekends, Holidays and Custom Orders excepted.
Custom Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for assembly and shipping. This can be due to having to order in materials or delays by shipping company. I will let you know if there is a delay on my end.
Shipping is First Class. Insurance included.
Priority and Express Mail available at extra cost
Global International Shipping Only - Only way to track - Insurance required and included.
Foreign customers pay tariffs, taxes, import fees and currency exchange fees.
4. Returns & Refunds:
No refunds unless grossly misrepresented.
If a return is necessary: Returns will be for Merchandise Credit Only LESS shipping.
Must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt.

No Refunds or Exchanges as they are custom orders.
Custom Orders require 50% down to start and balance when completed.
Ships with final payment and approval.

Come with gift envelopes.
Available in specific amounts.
